With a background in Financial Services and over 25 years of real estate investing experience, I believe my unique skill set lies in interpreting market data, recognizing trends and conveying information with confidence to both sellers and buyers. Studying inventory, asking the right questions and endeavoring to highlight opportunities as they present themselves in all kinds of markets, knowledge is key. Transparency, work ethic and humility are the foundations of this industry.
I began investing in real estate in Manhattan in my twenties and I have consistently been a landlord for almost thirty years. I have worked with real estate developers on projects in the five boroughs and have purchased, sold and managed over a dozen personal properties. I live what I preach.
My customers and clients rely on my local knowledge, negotiating skills and guidance in finding the perfect Hamptons home, investment, or the right buyer for their property.
On a personal note, my family embraces the East End lifestyle. We enjoy the beach life immensely. We spend our free time there or exploring the endless trails on the east end and shelter island. Our children are both Ocean Lifeguards and we support the Hamtons Lifeguard Association and Ocean Rescue.
